At afdhal_hadiyah, we really want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, we have a simple return process to make things easy for you.
What Can Be Returned
You can return items within 30 days after they arrive.
Items must not have been used or worn and must be in their original packaging.
We can’t accept returns for items that were specially made for you (like with engravings) unless they have a problem.
How to Send Something Back
Here’s what you need to do to return an item:
Contact our customer support team by emailing us at [afdhalhadiyah@gmail.com]for a return.
Carefully pack the item back in its original packaging.
Print the return shipping label that our team will send you and stick it on the package.
Take the package to your nearest shipping drop-off point.
Getting Your Money Back
Once we get your returned item, we’ll check it. Then, we’ll process your refund within 7 to 10 working days. We’ll send the money back to the same way you paid for your order.
Free Returns
If you’re returning something inside or outside the UAE, the cost of shipping the item back will be taken out of your refund.
